About the event
Management and Designated Persons Ashore (DPAs) hold critical accountability under Subchapter M. Understanding where that responsibility begins, how exposure is created, and how compliance is demonstrated is essential to protecting both the individual and the organization.
This course provides a practical, real-world overview of management and DPA responsibilities within a Towing Safety Management System (TSMS).
